Essential Functions: 

A Finance System Analyst will be improving business processes within Workday Finance (ERP), and drive increasing efficiency of the IT landscape in Financial Accounting and Reporting aspects. Your responsibilities include, but are certainly not limited to:

  • Support the day-to-day work of the Finance team by offering advice, troubleshooting, training and user instructions 
  • Identify areas for data and master data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems (error detection and correction, process control and improvement)
  •  Assist the Finance team with process documentation
  • ⦁ Support all other business teams with Finance input, to transform business requirements into system solutions
  • Ensure alignment of Workday Finance with other reporting applications


  • A successfully completed Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or similar
  •  Solid experience (3- 5 years) with Financial ERP. Experience with Workday Finance is an advantage
  • Experience with Management reporting and consolidation tools 
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent time management skills, great eye for detail and quick thinking
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages such as Dutch, German, Polish is an advantage 
  • Strong understanding of finance business processes and requirements including major areas of accounting (GL/AP/AR), fixed assets, inventory, consolidation, period close processes and financial reporting
