The IT Operations Analyst pro-actively analyses Takeaway's operational technology platform in all its monitoring and logging on abnormalities before they evolve into customer facing problems. He or she acts as first-line contact for Customer Service in answering and addressing system abnormalities. The IT Operations Analyst assesses, filters and escalates problems to the second-line SysOps Engineers and circles back to the Customer Support employee concerned.
Proficient with IT office system like Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
Working experience as call center agent in our call-center is a plus.
