We - Takeaway.com - are the leading online food-delivery platform in continental Europe and are looking for a Lead Specialist to join our Partner Services Operational team.
Partner Services Operations is committed to drive commercial value by providing restaurants relevant insights, tools and promotional materials. As a Lead Partner Services Specialist you ensure that our country teams have the information and tools they need to be successful. At the same time you will educate, train and assist country teams on new developments. You will provide guidance, share best practises and deliver results by executing projects yourself.
You will work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Scoober, Customer Service and Partner Marketing to ensure our teams stay up-to-date on new developments. You will be responsible for coordinating operational requests in support of our Partner Services country teams.
Your main responsibilities will concern the following activities:
Define clear work processes, standards and instructions for local partner services teams;
Innovate on existing processes by initiating and driving change;
Increase Partner Satisfaction;
Quantitative & Qualitative research;
Educate, train and assist local partner services teams on new developments;
Coordinate with internal departments;
Support Restaurant Assistants & Consultants in their day-to-day work.

We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience in:
- Change management;
- Influencing stakeholder management;
+3 years of relevant working experience;
a bachelor degree;
a proactive and results driven mentality;
an excellent understanding of the restaurant market;
You are able and willing to travel (Berlin, Brussels, Amsterdam, etc.)
Bonus points for:
- F&B experience;
- Verbal and / or written language skills in German or French.
The Partner Services Team is growing immensely. There is a lot of (international) dynamic going on and the energy level is high ! You will be working from the Enschede office, where a large part of the Partner Services Team is stationed.
