Teamlead Account Management - Austria/Switzerland

What you will be doing

As a Teamlead for the Account Management/Partner Services Operations in AT & CH in our office in Enschede (NL) you will be responsible for coordinating the Partner Services Assistants & Restaurant Consultants for key destinations and areas in Austria and Switzerland, managing and motivating employees in the teams. You will create strategic medium to long-term plans, quantity and quality reports and are accountable for the performance of your team as well as developing and coaching talents within your team.

You conduct market research, setup city promotions and promote our brand. You visit restaurants to understand their needs and translate them into new opportunities. You make sure your team members are always up-to-date on the latest deals, merchandise and partnerships available to our partner restaurants.

You lead your team in the right direction and promote our brand through visits, calls, campaigns partnerships and merchandise.

Together with our colleagues from the Partner Services department, you will give - and its daughter companies – an even higher profile. We are building a new international team together. What we are looking for

  • Pro-active, customer focused, independent, sense of responsibility and drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or Sales
  • Around 5 years of work experience
  • 2 - 4 years proven management experience
  • Sales or Account Management experience in a plus
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant market
  • Excellent command of German and English. Other languages such as Dutch and French are a plus
  • Available to travel
  • You are a true team player with strong communication skills
