A day in the life of…

You start your day with the stand-up: you and your colleague discuss the events of yesterday and the agenda for today. You will have your first calls in an hour, and in between you still want to talk to that one hiring manager about optimizing the job description for QA Engineer. You quickly Slack him and then your phone rings. An agency is calling you about a candidate and has good news: he takes the offer! You can´t wait to tell Gilberto he can welcome a new Backend Developer into the team, but he is already at your desk. “In two weeks there is a tech meetup on React/Redux in Kreuzberg, I have signed us up for it!”.

The position

  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates;
  • Work closely with the international recruitment team to improve upon existing programs and share best practices;
  • Phone screen candidates for availability, motivation, salary range, and basic qualifications;
  • Be responsible for operational interview planning and overall candidate experience;
  • Be knowledgeable about our business and why people should work here;
  • Spread the message through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.

Your profile

  • You have a passion for networking and sourcing;
  • You are proactive, believe in connection before collaboration and love working in a team;
  • You have at least 2 years of experience working in HR related roles OR in a tech related job and you are looking for a career change;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Fluent in German would be a big plus!
